a). Kashaya Vasthi

It is type of medicated enema. It is done by mixing medicated oil, honey, decoction, and rocks salt etc.

b). Sneha Vasthi

It is enema using medicated oil. This is used for paralysis rheumatism and other neurological conditions like neuralgia, motor neuron disease, Sciatica, back pain, and also used to get power and stability in old age and to get sexual and body power etc.....

Virechana (Purgation)

It is a type of medicated purgation using medicated ghee, oil, powder etc. It is used for purifying the alimentary canal in skin diseases, oedema etc. It gives power to body and mind.

Vamana (Emesis Therapy)
It is the therapeutic vomiting, vaman, to eliminate the kapha causing excess of mucus, thus relieving one of bronchitis, cold, cough, asthma etc.

  Nasyam (Elimination of toxins through the nose)

It is the nasal application of medicine in different forms like powder, oil, ghee, decoction and juice. It is mainly used in sinusitis, headache, cervical spondylosis, hemiplegia, parkinsonism, brachial neuralgia, hemicrania, epilepsy, seizure, and nasal, ear, eye, and mouth diseases etc.
